Pomellato E-Commerce Specialist

- Manage and update the brand’s website, ensuring accurate product catalog management and content updates.
- Implement SEO strategies and oversee Search Engine Advertising activities in collaboration with agencies.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, and returns.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory and implementing replenishment strategies.
- Track and analyze website KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, monitoring operational costs and ensuring budget efficiency.
- Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry sector and analyze competitors to identify best practices.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- 3 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in the Magento platform.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and luxury retail.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an e-commerce specialist role is required.
