1. Manage and update the brand’s website, ensuring accurate product catalog management and content updates.
2. Implement SEO strategies and oversee Search Engine Advertising activities in collaboration with agencies.
3. Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, and returns.
4. Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory and implementing replenishment strategies.
5. Track and analyze website KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, monitoring operational costs and ensuring budget efficiency.
7. Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry sector and analyze competitors to identify best practices.
8. Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.

1. 3 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist.
2. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Proficiency in the Magento platform.
3. Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and luxury retail.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an e-commerce specialist role is required.
