1. Assist in daily operational tasks related to the brand's website management.
2. Manage the online product catalogue.
3. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and site content updates.
4. Monitor transactions, returns, and online inventory.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
6. Track website KPIs and provide data-driven insights for actionable recommendations.
7. Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry industry, analyze competition, and share best practices.
8. Support stock and sales reconciliation.
9. Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for successful project execution.

1. Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in e-commerce.

1. Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with Magento e-commerce platform, SEA, and SEO is a plus.
5. Positive energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are highly valued.

Previous experience in e-commerce is required.

Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
