1. Assist in the daily operations of the brand's website.
2. Manage the online product catalog.
3. Coordinate product launches, promotions, and site content updates.
4. Monitor transactions, returns, and online inventory.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
6. Track website KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
7. Monitor industry innovations and analyze competition.
8. Support stock and sales reconciliation.
9. Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

1. Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in e-commerce.

1. Proficiency in Google Analytics GA4.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with Magento e-commerce platform, SEA, and SEO is a plus.
5. Positive energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are valued.

Previous experience in e-commerce is required.

Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
