1. Support the technical maintenance of the Learning App in collaboration with the platform supplier, ensuring the production of engaging and customized digital content.
2. Develop online courses utilizing authoring tools and coordinate translations into selected languages.
3. Create articles, posts, and columns aligned with the annual Brand editorial calendar and retail best practices.
4. Monitor online course completion and maintain KPI dashboards for key retail functions.
5. Develop and execute a communication plan for the effective launch of training programs.
6. Collaborate with IT teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure operational efficiency.

1. Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Learning.

1. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS).
2. Understanding of web design best practices.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage a modern audience effectively.
5. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
7. Curiosity and proactive approach in exploring new training solutions and tools.
8. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years in Digital Learning, with a focus on content creation and LMS management.

Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or similar.
