1. Support the development and organization of the Digital Library of training materials, serving as a key reference for content creation.
2. Enhance the existing library to ensure training content is current, relevant, and easily accessible for the Training and Clienteling Team.
3. Assist in crafting project presentations for the Sales Training team, including toolkits for new training modules and engaging quizzes.
4. Coordinate the Training Calendar for local trainers across regions to ensure seamless scheduling.
5. Oversee the end-to-end E-Learning Translation process, liaising with translation agencies.
6. Prepare dashboards to track key training metrics and performance indicators.

1. Degree in Economics or Business

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint
2. Strong project management capabilities
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Flexibility and ability to work independently
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
6. Fluency in English and Italian
7. Curiosity, proactivity, and high adaptability

No specific experience required, but relevant internship or project experience is advantageous.
