1. Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives and KPIs, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor to guide the team and engage with clients.
2. Collaborate on action plans based on mystery shopping results and ensure their execution.
3. Coach and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional service and enhance selling skills.
4. Resolve client concerns and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to ensure high performance and a collaborative work environment.
6. Facilitate team participation in training programs and partner with sales trainers to implement training plans.
7. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and proactively recruit new clients.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with SEA airport management and key stakeholders.
9. Oversee store maintenance, appearance, and compliance with airport security procedures.
10. Support visual merchandising and stock management to ensure optimal product assortment.
11. Stay informed about luxury market trends and leverage travel retail expertise to optimize business strategies.

1. Strong experience in a leadership role within a travel retail or airport-based luxury retail environment.
2. Residence near Malpensa Airport is preferred.
3. Fluent in English and Italian.
