1. Cultivate and maintain relationships with wholesale partners of Pomellato.
2. Manage the order portfolio for both brands, including order taking and monitoring.
3. Plan and execute order shipments and invoicing based on stock availability and merchandise allocation priorities.
4. Support the Area Manager in enhancing service quality standards.
5. Facilitate client requests and coordinate with other departments, particularly for after-sales services and tracking jewelry repairs.
6. Monitor client KPIs and generate sell-out and sell-in reports.

1. Master’s Degree

1. Fluency in English and French, with Spanish as an advantage.
2. Positive and proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent computer skills.

Experience in customer service or a related field within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry is preferred.
