- Analyze and monitor clienteling KPIs and propose targeted customer initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance analytical tools, including the CRM/Merchandising dashboard.
- Generate client lists via BI tools for clienteling outreach activities.
- Conduct cross-analysis between CRM and merchandising to align stock levels with clientele needs.
- Produce customer and product analysis to define strategies for retail business growth.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations with CRM insights and recommendations.
- Act as the point of contact for boutiques on clienteling app topics via Salesforce.
- Consolidate and track monthly budgets for the EMEA region.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of BI tools and Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Team player.
Experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.
