- Manage the boutique to achieve sales objectives and KPIs, spending significant time on the shop floor with the sales team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping results.
- Continuously coach sales teams on exceptional service, selling skills, and customer engagement.
- Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Uphold ethical behavior and integrity within the store team.
- Ensure participation in training programs to enhance team knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
- Collaborate with sales trainers to implement training plans and follow-ups.
- Proactively recruit new customers and organize events to generate business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships both in-store and externally.
- Implement client database activities in line with marketing guidelines.
- Oversee the maintenance, appearance, and safety of the concession, addressing maintenance issues as needed.
- Ensure optimal product assortment and visual merchandising, monitoring stock and adhering to display guidelines.
- Maintain high grooming standards for the sales team.
- Efficiently manage store stock in accordance with KPIs.
- Supervise after-sales service activities and requests.
- Possess strong market knowledge, including competition, events, products, and pricing.
- Maintain knowledge of brand locations, events, and marketing activities within the local environment.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused luxury environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer orientation.

- Ability to network and build strong relationships with Harrods management and key stakeholders.
