3. Maximize sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.
4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products.
5. Maintain products efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization both front and back of house.
6. Contribute to teamwork and participate in activities that achieve the boutique's goals.
7. Achieve individual and team sales targets using KPIs and business applications.
8. Maintain a positive work environment.
9. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
10. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
11. Develop long-term customer relationships using CRM and clienteling tools.
12. Support customers in purchasing DoDo products, enhancing product knowledge and storytelling.
13. Welcome every customer, providing an exceptional experience with mastery of brand history and heritage.

1. Fluent in English and German.
2. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
