- Maximize sales through effective customer engagement and service delivery.
- Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Passion for the luxury industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Outlook.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment is required.
