- Maximize sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.
- Demonstrate passion for the DoDo brand during every selling ceremony.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Ensure products are maintained in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
- Contribute to the achievement of the boutique's overall goals and smooth operations.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using KPIs and business applications.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and clienteling tools.
- Support customers in purchasing DoDo products, enhancing product knowledge and storytelling.
- Welcome every customer, providing the best customer experience by mastering the brand's history and heritage.
