1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and sharing DoDo's values with passion and authenticity.
2. Deliver an extraordinary client experience, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s spirit and commitment to excellence.
3. Maximize sales through meaningful relationships and personalized service.
4. Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, both front and back of house.
5. Achieve individual and team sales goals by working with KPIs and business applications.
6. Develop long-term relationships with customers through an individual approach, leveraging CRM tools to promote brand loyalty.
7. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors to enhance product knowledge and storytelling.
8. Ensure compliance with DoDo's grooming standards and policies.
9. Contribute to a positive work environment and participate in activities that support the boutique's overall goals.

1. Proven experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail.
2. Strong clienteling skills.
3. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
