1. Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's values and philosophy.
3. Maximize sales through effective customer engagement and service.
4. Maintain high ethical standards and a customer-focused approach.
5. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment.
2. Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous.

4. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Experience in a customer service-focused environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
