2. Maximize sales by effectively managing client relations and identifying customer needs.
3. Ensure each customer receives an excellent and professional service experience.
4. Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives.

1. Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages considered an asset.

2. Dexterity and creativity to enhance the customer experience.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
4. Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.

Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, particularly in a client-facing role, is required.
