- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, from product discovery to purchase and beyond.
- Support store management and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product characteristics and trends.
- Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment, preferably in luxury retail.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with storytelling abilities.
- Dexterity and creativity to enhance customer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
Experience in a luxury retail environment with a focus on customer service is required.
