- Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment, preferably in luxury retail.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with storytelling abilities.
- Creativity and dexterity to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Prior experience in a customer service role within the luxury sector is required.
