- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's values and philosophy.
- Develop and recruit clients to maximize sales.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal sensitivity.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong satisfaction orientation.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Prior experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles is preferred.
