1. Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment, particularly within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
4. Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the luxury retail sector, is required.
