- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Act as a brand ambassador to develop and recruit clients, promoting brand values and philosophy.
- Maximize sales through effective client engagement and service delivery.
- 1-5 years of experience in a client advisory role within a customer service-focused environment.
- Genuine passion for luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in French, English, and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
1-5 years of experience in a similar position within a customer service-focused environment.
