- Act as a brand ambassador and spread the values and philosophy of the brand.
- Maximize sales by managing client relations and identifying customer needs.
- Ensure each customer receives excellent and professional service.
- Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment with a passion for luxury.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Story-telling abilities.
- Strong dexterity and creativity.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team-oriented.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service-focused environment with a genuine passion for luxury.
