- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Act as a brand ambassador to develop and recruit clients, promoting brand values and philosophy.
- Maximize sales through effective client engagement and relationship building.
- Strong connection to Sardinia, preferably residing near the boutique.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a high level of satisfaction orientation.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Prior experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles is preferred.
