1. Assist the Grand Vendeur in executing VIC activities on a global scale.
2. Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients, tailoring interactions to individual customer profiles under the guidance of the Store Manager and Grand Vendeur.
3. Collaborate with corporate teams to identify suitable client profiles for both local and global client activations, in-store and off-site.
4. Contribute to the development of the customer portfolio, aiming to maximize satisfaction and retention.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing extensive knowledge of jewelry products.
6. Oversee back-office operations and processes related to clienteling activities, including cash operations, invoicing, and receipts.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment, with a passion for luxury.

1. Proficiency in reporting tools and analytics.
2. Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive mindset.
3. Strong communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
4. Problem-solving skills and proactivity.
5. Attention to detail with excellent project and time management skills.
6. Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous.

Experience in a customer service-focused environment, particularly within the luxury sector.
