- Ensure the planning and management of physical maintenance activities for company buildings, adhering to current regulations to guarantee safety and operational continuity.
- Coordinate all suppliers involved in the maintenance of facilities and structures.
- Monitor maintenance activities and the development of new projects, including office relocations, modifications, and new site developments.
- Communicate technical specifications and necessary information to suppliers, verifying the quality of completed work.
- Manage maintenance activity reporting, ensuring the efficiency of automation systems through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure proper management of all safety-related documentation, including that pertaining to external suppliers.
- Monitor maintenance contract deadlines and ensure compliance with contractual conditions.
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety team on safety aspects of company sites, addressing both routine and extraordinary activities.
- Degree in Engineering or a diploma in electrical/electronic/industrial/mechatronic fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in similar roles within complex, international companies, particularly in production environments, automated warehouses, or the luxury/fashion sector.
- Project management skills for infrastructure projects.
- Basic knowledge of facility and building maintenance requirements.
- Basic understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HVAC/BMS programs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage priorities and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, curiosity, creativity, and teamwork orientation.
- Availability for on-call duties.
1-3 years of experience in similar roles within complex, international companies, particularly in production environments, automated warehouses, or the luxury/fashion sector.
Degree in Engineering or a diploma in electrical/electronic/industrial/mechatronic fields.
