- Develop overall strategies and initiatives for daily boutique operations and management.
- Ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are achieved.
- Maximize sales by attracting new customers and enhancing public relations.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Establish and implement action plans in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Coordinate in-store and promotional events with the marketing team.
- Ensure smooth execution of services and maintain the premium brand image.
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent to meet business needs.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive boutique database through KPIs and CRM systems.
- Cultivate a new High Jewelry VIP clientele with support from the commercial team.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are in place for stock and manpower.
- Monitor merchandise assortment and manage stock levels to reflect market needs.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to project the brand image.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including payroll, billing, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.
- Over 3 years of sales leadership experience in the luxury industry.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales driving skills.
- Effective team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
