- Develop and implement strategies for daily boutique operations and management.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maximize sales by attracting new customers and enhancing public relations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold brand quality.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to establish and execute action plans.
- Monitor local trading environment and its impact on sales.
- Coordinate in-store and promotional events with the marketing team.
- Ensure smooth execution of services and sustain a premium brand image.
- Train, manage, and motivate staff to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent to meet business needs.
- Develop and manage a boutique database through KPIs and CRM systems.
- Cultivate a new High Jewelry VIP clientele with commercial team support.
- Ensure safety and security of stock and personnel.
- Monitor merchandise assortment and manage stock levels to meet market needs.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to project brand image and enhance sales.
- Oversee administrative tasks including payroll, billing, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.
- Over 3 years of sales leadership experience in the luxury industry.
- Strong sales driving abilities.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passionate and open-minded.
