- Develop overall strategies and initiatives for daily boutique operations and management.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maximize sales through customer attraction and public relations efforts.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold brand quality.
- Establish and implement action plans in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Monitor local trading environment and its impact on sales.
- Coordinate in-store and promotional events with the marketing team.
- Ensure smooth execution of services and sustain a premium brand image.
- Train and discipline staff to align with business strategy and sales goals.
- Manage, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent to meet business needs.
- Develop a quantitative and qualitative boutique database through KPIs and tracking.
- Analyze CRM data to align with business strategy and meet sales goals.
- Develop a new High Jewelry VIP clientele with support from the commercial team.
- Ensure safety and security of stock and manpower.
- Monitor merchandise assortment and manage stock levels to reflect sales and customer demands.
- Follow visual presentation guidelines to project the brand image and enhance sales.
- Oversee administrative tasks including payroll, billing, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with landlords and vendors.
- Over 3 years of sales leadership experience in the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong sales driving ability.
- Effective team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
