- Oversee boutique operations to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, dedicating substantial time to the sales floor with team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping results.
- Continuously coach sales teams on delivering exceptional service and enhancing selling skills.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold ethical behavior and integrity within the boutique team.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
- Collaborate with sales trainers for effective training implementation.
- Proactively recruit new customers and organize events to create business opportunities.
- Engage in social events and cultivate client relationships both in-store and externally.
- Manage client database activities in line with marketing guidelines.
- Ensure store maintenance, appearance, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain product assortment and visual merchandising standards, monitoring stock levels.
- Ensure sales team grooming standards are consistently met.
- Oversee boutique stock management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to KPIs.
- Supervise AFSS activities and requests.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the luxury market, including competitors, events, and pricing.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a customer-focused luxury environment.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and customer orientation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude.
- Leadership capabilities and ability to integrate socially to build relationships.
Significant experience in luxury retail management with a focus on customer service.
