- Oversee boutique operations to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators, prioritizing presence on the sales floor with team and clients.
- Develop and implement action plans based on mystery shopping results to enhance customer experience.
- Continuously coach sales teams on exceptional service, selling techniques, and customer engagement to ensure a unique shopping experience.
- Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold ethical standards and integrity within the boutique team.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance team knowledge on collections, selling techniques, brand stories, and security.
- Collaborate with sales trainers on training plans and execution.
- Proactively recruit new customers and organize events to drive business growth.
- Engage in social events to foster client relationships and enhance brand presence.
- Maintain and cultivate client relationships both in-store and externally.
- Manage client database activities in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Ensure the boutique's maintenance, appearance, and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
- Oversee product assortment, visual merchandising, and stock management to align with display guidelines.
- Ensure sales team grooming standards are consistently met.
- Supervise AFSS activities and requests.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the luxury market, including competitors, events, products, and pricing.
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of brand locations, events, and marketing activities.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused luxury environment.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and customer orientation.
