1. Drive the achievement of store sales and KPI targets as established by Senior Management.
2. Act as a role model by performing all store functions and promoting a positive customer service attitude.
3. Motivate the team and personally contribute to building client relationships.
4. Ensure exceptional client experiences are provided in every interaction.
5. Establish personal sales goals for staff and monitor performance.
6. Build a network of influential clients to enhance the client base.
7. Minimize client complaints through effective customer service.
8. Collaborate with Retail Manager and Retail Performance Manager to maximize sales.
9. Maintain store standards and resolve delivery discrepancies promptly.
10. Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentations.
11. Monitor inventory and pricing according to corporate guidelines.
12. Report theft or suspected theft immediately.
13. Coordinate employee consignments and oversee purchase transactions.
14. Ensure compliance with policies through regular meetings and audits.
15. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
16. Partner with HR for annual performance reviews.
17. Prepare and submit time schedules and approve payroll.
18. Collaborate with Marketing to develop market-relevant activities.
19. Identify opportunities with community outreach programs.

1. 5-8 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury experience preferred.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Proactive self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
4. Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
5. Professional in customer relations and service.

1. Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
2. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

5-8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury.
