- Drive the achievement of store sales and KPI targets as established by Senior Management.
- Act as a role model by performing all store functions and promoting a positive customer service attitude.
- Motivate the team and personally contribute to building client relationships.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences are provided in every interaction.
- Establish personal sales goals for staff and monitor performance.
- Build a network of influential clients to enhance the client base.
- Minimize client complaints through effective customer service.
- Collaborate with Retail Manager and Retail Performance Manager to maximize sales.
- Maintain store standards and resolve delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels and presentations.
- Monitor inventory and pricing according to corporate guidelines.
- Report theft or suspected theft immediately.
- Coordinate employee consignments and oversee purchase transactions.
- Ensure compliance with policies through regular meetings and audits.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
- Partner with HR for annual performance reviews.
- Prepare and submit time schedules and approve payroll.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop market-relevant activities.
- Identify opportunities with community outreach programs.
- 5-8 years of retail supervisory experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional in customer relations and service.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5-8 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in luxury.
