1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and assume responsibility during their absence, including staff training and schedule coordination.
2. Oversee client relations, ensuring exceptional service and identifying customer needs.
3. Prepare and submit regular reports on staff payroll and budget to headquarters.
4. Coordinate public relations activities to foster new business opportunities.
5. Assist with sales during peak periods, motivating the team to achieve corporate objectives.
6. Manage high-profile clients and cultivate long-lasting customer relationships.
7. Ensure alignment with corporate strategies and procedures.

1. Extensive experience in a similar role within a luxury, customer service-oriented environment.
2. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
