1. Conduct comprehensive post-sales data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with the team to optimize after-sales services and develop solutions for recurring customer issues.
3. Manage post-sales support requests, ensuring timely resolution and coordination with relevant departments.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on post-sales performance, offering insights and recommendations.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of post-sales processes through active participation in team meetings.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
2. Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
4. Proficiency in Italian and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.

Experience with data analysis and reporting in a customer service or related environment.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
