1. Manage the accounts payable function and the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
2. Process and record supplier invoices for both domestic and international vendors.
3. Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
4. Monitor supplier aging and support payment execution in line with company policies.
5. Prepare VAT settlements and manage tax compliance requirements.
6. Perform accounting reconciliations and support monthly and period-end closings.
7. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
8. Collaborate closely with the Finance and Administrative teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

1. Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics with an interest in accounting topics, or a high school diploma in Accounting.
2. Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles, preferably in a structured environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Knowledge of SAP; familiarity with Stealth is a plus.
