Pomellato Accounting Supervisor

- Oversee monthly accounts bookkeeping in accordance with standard operating procedures and accounting principles.
- Manage general ledger processes related to month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany accounting.
- Record expenses, disbursements, and payroll accruals.
- Execute general accounting entries for accruals, prepayments, inventory, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements, including VAT statements, withholding tax, and account closures and reopenings.
- Prepare necessary documentation and analysis for tax payments and returns.
- Coordinate with fiscal consultants.
- Provide daily and monthly accounting support for ad hoc requests.
- Degree in Economics or Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Precision, reliability, and proactivity.
- Organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP FMS.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in an accounting supervisory role, preferably within an international group.
Degree in Economics or Administration.
