1. Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Participate in the monthly process of intercompany balance reconciliation.
4. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
5. Collaborate with internal departments such as Procurement, Treasury, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations.

1. Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics with an interest in accounting topics, or a high school diploma in Accounting.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Good knowledge of the English language.
3. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
4. Attention to detail, reliability, and curiosity.
5. Strong passion and enthusiasm.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team.

Some experience in accounting or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics or a high school diploma in Accounting.
