1. Register passive invoices ensuring compliance with tax deadlines and monthly/annual closing schedules.
2. Verify the accuracy of customs and transport documents, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
3. Enter and update system data, including VAT numbers and transport documentation.
4. Provide operational support to the administrative-accounting team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily activities.
5. Collaborate with other company functions to manage accounting and administrative flows effectively.

1. Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics of Accounting preferred.
2. Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role.

1. Proficiency in SAP management system and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and tax regulations.
3. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
4. Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
5. Precision, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is required.

Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics of Accounting preferred.
