Loewe Training Intern

- Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and product guides that convey the history, values, and products of Loewe Perfumes.
- Collaborate with the Learning Content Creator to ensure training messages align with brand standards and are effectively communicated across all markets.
- Plan and conduct online training sessions, managing attendance, providing technical support, collecting feedback, and distributing gifts.
- Assist global trainers by preparing kits of physical and digital materials and identifying suitable training venues.
- Create and edit digital content such as videos, infographics, and quizzes to enhance learning and reinforce brand values across digital platforms, including Instagram.
- Measure the impact of training sessions through surveys and reports, and suggest improvements based on analysis.
- Manage operational tasks including purchase orders, supplier creation, and handling international shipments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (C1 level). Proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Attention to detail with robust management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital and IT software for developing training materials and presentations.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. Familiarity with Adobe Pack and digital platforms is desirable.
Previous professional experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
