1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Loewe, embodying and promoting the brand's image and values.
2. Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Engage with customers, initiating contact and welcoming them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
4. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations and recommendations.
5. Promote additional products within the fragrance category to enhance customer experience.
6. Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and personalized interactions.
7. Meet monthly retail sales targets consistently.
8. Educate customers about Loewe products and brand heritage.
9. Maintain counter merchandising in alignment with corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager to ensure optimal inventory.
11. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.

5. Ability to learn quickly and work diligently.
