1. Deliver engaging brand and product presentations to various stakeholders to inspire and influence their perception and interaction with the brand.
2. Develop and adapt learning content for regional needs, coordinating the creation and graphic design of multilingual training materials.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify specific training requirements within retail teams.
4. Manage logistics for learning events, including travel, accommodation, venue hire, and audiovisuals, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
5. Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiation for external training solutions, managing regional training budgets.
6. Implement and monitor development plans to ensure beauty consultants deliver a unique brand experience at the point of sale.
7. Collaborate with Training & Retail HQ to ensure alignment of training programs with the global brand strategy.

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency in French or German preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, events, marketing, or communication departments.
4. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
