Loewe Regional Training Manager

- Deliver engaging brand and product presentations to various stakeholders to inspire and influence their perception and interaction with the brand.
- Develop and adapt learning content for regional needs, coordinating the creation and graphic design of multilingual training materials.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify specific training requirements within retail teams.
- Manage logistics for learning events, including travel, accommodation, venue hire, and audiovisuals, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee vendor selection and contract negotiation for external training solutions, managing regional training budgets.
- Implement and monitor development plans to ensure beauty consultants deliver a unique brand experience at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with Training & Retail HQ to ensure alignment of training programs with the global brand strategy.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency in French or German preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, events, marketing, or communication departments.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
