Loewe Regional Training Manager

- Deliver engaging brand and product presentations to stakeholders, including beauty advisors, clients, and media, to enhance brand perception and interaction.
- Develop and adapt instructional content tailored to regional needs, coordinating the creation of multilingual training materials.
- Conduct needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify training requirements and development opportunities within retail teams.
- Manage logistics for learning events, including travel, accommodation, and venue arrangements, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget management for external training solutions, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Implement and monitor development plans to ensure beauty consultants deliver a unique brand experience at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with Training & Retail HQ to ensure alignment of training programs with global brand strategy.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with fluency in French and/or German.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, events, marketing, or communication departments.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
