Loewe Customer Experience Intern

- Manage the Customer Care platform, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer service requests via telephone and email in English, Spanish, and Japanese.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer order inquiries and enhance customer experiences.
- Continuously analyze customer behavior to extract insights and propose enhancements to improve the Customer Experience.
- Contribute to defining global Customer Care standards, particularly within an omnichannel environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Courses or experience in office administration, organizational management, or similar areas are highly valued.
- Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
