1. Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate customer contact and welcome them at the counter and through active engagement.
3. Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose fragrance products, suggesting complementary items within the category.
5. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
6. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
7. Educate customers about LOEWE products and the brand's heritage.
8. Maintain counter merchandising in alignment with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Manager.
10. Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in advanced Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
