1. Sell LOEWE products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
2. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive engagement.
3. Identify and understand customers' needs to offer tailored product recommendations.
4. Demonstrate and propose personalized fragrance offers.
5. Suggest additional products within the category to enhance customer experience.
6. Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
7. Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
8. Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage.
9. Participate in counter merchandising maintenance as per corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to management.
11. Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
