1. Advise and sell the brand's products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
3. Enhance brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
4. Identify and address customer needs effectively.
5. Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
6. Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
7. Track point-of-sale performance using KPIs.
8. Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and retailers.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
10. Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate guidelines.
11. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
12. Complete operational and administrative tasks, including reports and orders.

1. High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or a university degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, with a preference for experience in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Base salary plus incentives.

Permanent contract with social benefits, working 40 hours per week.
