1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell Loewe Perfumes products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
4. Implement cross-selling strategies to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on product knowledge and brand storytelling.
6. Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
7. Organize events and collaborations to drive business growth.
8. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
9. Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
10. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
2. Excellent sales and customer service skills.
3. Proficient in managing stock and inventory.
4. Ability to organize and execute events.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
