1. Set targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products, providing a luxury standard of service to customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
4. Engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and stories.
6. Initiate customer contact and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
7. Manage team members by identifying coaching and development opportunities, providing training and guidance.
8. Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
9. Grow business through events and collaborations.
10. Complete all operational and administrative tasks to the best of ability.
11. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
12. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
13. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

3. Tenacity to ensure exceptional customer service.
4. Confidence in engaging with customers and strong selling skills.
5. Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application.

7. Immaculate grooming and presentation.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
