1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products, providing a luxury standard of service to customers.
3. Lead and coach team members to achieve sales targets.
4. Engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products and their stories.
6. Initiate contact with customers and provide a welcoming experience both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
7. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
8. Ensure sufficient stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
9. Grow business through events and collaborations.
10. Complete operational and administrative tasks to the highest standard.
11. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
12. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
13. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a related field.

2. Organizational skills to manage paperwork, team members, and client needs.
3. Tenacity to ensure exceptional customer service.
4. Confidence in engaging with customers and strong selling skills.
5. Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application.

7. Impeccable grooming and presentation.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a related field.
