Responsibilities
- Set targets for team members in line with company expectations.
- Proactively sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on LOEWE Perfumes products.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager.
- Grow the business through events and collaborations.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by management.
