1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.
2. Proactively sell Loewe Perfumes products, ensuring a luxury service standard for customers.
3. Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
4. Facilitate cross-selling across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
5. Educate and train team members on Loewe Perfumes products and brand stories.
6. Engage with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and overcoming objections.
7. Manage team performance, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
8. Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
9. Drive business growth through events and collaborations.
10. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
11. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
12. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
13. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by management.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
