- Deliver an exceptional, luxury client experience focused on personalised consultation and client retention.
- Actively drive sales and achieve KPIs through expert product recommendations and upselling of fragrance, scented accessories and complementary ranges.
- Develop and maintain a high-value client book through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management.
- Maintain deep product and olfactory knowledge, including fragrance composition, provenance and brand heritage, to educate clients and frontline staff.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns.
- Execute in-store events, product launches and sampling initiatives to raise brand profile and stimulate demand.
- Manage daily operational tasks including stock control, loss prevention, till reconciliation and basic reporting.
- Collaborate with regional management to relay local market feedback and contribute to commercial initiatives.
- Proven ability to sell and meet retail KPIs within a luxury or premium environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and refined clienteling capability.
- Comprehensive knowledge or demonstrable curiosity for fine fragrances and olfactory terminology.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent a heritage luxury brand with discretion and polish.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.

Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty or fragrance sales; prior exposure to niche or heritage fragrance houses is advantageous.
Secondary school completion; vocational training in retail, beauty or hospitality and/or certified fragrance training is desirable.
